Our work and case studies

Systems our clients run their business on

Four projects from London, across property, sports study abroad and food and drink. Each one was built around the way the client already works, and every one is in daily use today.

Property Multilingual property platform

Managed in English, delivered in Japanese too.

CRM integration and AI translation London estate agency

Properties are managed in English, in the agency's CRM. But the people it wants to reach aren't only English speakers. Japanese-speaking customers need the same complete, up-to-date information. That was where this project started.

So we built a multilingual platform that connects directly to the existing CRM through its API. New and updated listings are imported automatically on a schedule, so property details, prices, availability, photos and descriptions always match the CRM the team uses every day.

English listings are translated into Japanese through an AI API, using custom prompts built around the agency's own terminology and tone, so London properties read naturally to Japanese customers. Translations can be reviewed and edited in the admin interface, so the final polish stays in the client's hands.

The public website brings together multilingual property search, Google Maps, multi-property enquiries, news and market insights.

How the CRM, AI translation, CMS and public website connect, and how data flows between them.
A property listing page that switches between English and Japanese, with every block of content translated in place.

No more re-entering listings. The Japanese site now stays as detailed and current as the English one, and presents every property in the agency's own voice.

Our negotiators used to spend Friday afternoons copying listings between sites. Now they enter each property once, and the same up-to-date details appear on both language versions of our website and on the property portals.

Sports study abroad Customer and sales CRM

From first enquiry to study abroad, one connected journey.

Custom CRM London sports study-abroad agency

This London-based company runs sports study-abroad programmes and education services. The whole team needed to see enquiries, consultations and sales activity in one place, and to hand cases over smoothly whenever responsibilities changed.

So we started from the way the business already worked, and built a custom CRM with only the features it really needed. Enquiries submitted through the website automatically become customer records, complete with each applicant's goals, interests and requirements. Service recommendations, online meetings, follow-ups and sales activity are all recorded and shared in the same system.

With clear stages from first enquiry through to application and departure, any team member can pick up a case and carry on where it left off, with the full history of conversations and activity in front of them.

Pipeline progress, forecast revenue and monthly revenue by service are visible at a glance. Rather than adding features for their own sake, the CRM sticks to what the team needs to look after customers and manage sales: simple, focused and easy to use.

Food & drink Shopify and ERP integration

Products in the ERP, sales on Shopify. One source of truth.

Shopify and ERP data integration Food and drink online shop

Shopify online shop for a food and drink retailer, connected to its ERP
A Shopify storefront connected to a custom admin application that synchronises products, prices and stock.

The client needed more than a new Shopify store. Product information, images, prices and stock were already managed in an existing ERP and internal database. Maintaining the same catalogue separately in Shopify would have meant double the work, and a constant risk of outdated or conflicting information.

So we built an integration that pulls product data and images from the existing database and syncs them with Shopify. Standard prices, sale prices and stock levels flow through the same connection.

A dedicated web application lets administrators review products, choose what to publish and run the sync. Stock levels update automatically on a schedule, so the online shop always shows the same up-to-date availability as the ERP.

When an order comes in, the Shopify order data is reshaped into the format the client's operations need, and a single consolidated notification goes to the administrator. From product management to orders, everything runs as one connected flow.

We didn't just get a new shop. Being able to keep the systems and processes we already had was the biggest win.

Property Property intelligence platform

UK public data, turned into property intelligence you can use.

UK property data: schools, transport, transactions and market analysis

The UK government and other public bodies publish a wealth of data. But in its raw form, it isn't always easy to use in day-to-day property work.

So we built a system that continuously collects and structures this public data, ready to use in estate agency CRMs, property websites and everyday property research. Information on London schools, stations and residential sales is kept up to date, supporting everything from nearest-station calculations to local sales and price analysis.

Monthly market movements are analysed and turned into reports clients can use straight away. Through our APIs, the same data can also be delivered directly into websites, web applications and CRM systems.

Data covered by the platform

  • UK public data
  • School data
  • Station and transport data
  • Property transactions
  • Market analysis
  • CRM-ready data
Having reliable local and market data in one place gives our team a much clearer picture when advising clients.
